Returned Check $53 from $45
Notice of Appeal $293 from $250
Motion to Lift Auto. Stay $176 from $150
Finally, a fee of $25 is charged for converting an Orange County Chapter 13 bankruptcy case to a case under Chapter 7. Bankruptcy fees are authorized under 28 U.S.C. 1930.
